Cardile Fireworks recognises and understands the important and ever changing requirements relating to Safety.
At Cardile’s, safety is paramount. Working with explosives means that safety is our top priority & is always the most important aspect of our procedures & protocols. Cardile Fireworks has a close relationship with the Department of Mining Industry Regulation & Safety (DMIRS), whom oversee and implement stringent regulations and govern the fireworks & pyrotechnic industry in Western Australia.
Cardile Fireworks have an extensive in-house Explosives Management Plan (EMP) that is approved by DMIRS. The Explosives Management plan covers all our company procedures including:

- Quality Assurance and Testing
- Staff Training
- Display design & product selection
- Display preparation
- Pre-display risk and environmental assessment
- Transportation
- On-site risk management
- Display operation
- Post-display surveys
- Record keeping and procedures
Cardile Fireworks have designed and implemented detailed Risk Assessment documentation designed for company use that ensure all DMIRS requirements are addressed fully. This documentation addresses all of our activities, from manufacture to post display.
The Team at Cardile have also developed our own Cloud-based custom designed record keeping, inventory management, stock movement & dispatch software for the explosives industry approved by DMIRS.

Working closely with government and regulators means that we are on the forefront of the latest safety procedures and protocols, ensuring that the displays and effects which we produce are of the highest level of safety at all times.
